Changing Perceptions- Embracing Diversity Case Study.

At the end of the summer last year, midwife lecturer Tom McEwan was invited to participate in a workshop exploring the ‘Dynamics of a Gender Neutral Workplace’ hosted by the Bright Red Triangle initiative at Edinburgh Napier University.  This was part of a series of innovative workshops exploring ways to change perceptions and embrace diversity across a range of subjects, professions and groups.  Resulting from this is a case study that has just been published which may be of interest to colleagues as we explore similar areas within our UWS-HNM Athena SWAN membership.
