The Alzheimer Scotland Centre is Co-hosting this Year’s Scottish Dementia Congress

Posted on Updated on

The 8th Scottish Caring & Dementia Congress, in association with Scottish Care, Alzheimer Scotland & The Alzheimer Scotland Centre for Policy and Practice, takes place on 20 April 2016 at Murrayfield Edinburgh.

Caring Times and the Journal of Dementia Care have been running care and dementia based events in Scotland for over twenty years and are delighted with the success of the concept behind the Scottish Caring and Dementia Congress, which is to bring together on one occasion all those involved in the various strands of care for elderly people, for the purpose of networking and learning with each other, from each other and about each other.

The Congress is held on one very busy day. It includes two plenary sessions featuring keynote speakers of importance to all delegates, and divides into specialist parallel sessions for the rest of the day to cater for everyone’s interests. There are plenty of networking opportunities and a large exhibition. See more and find how to book here.
