Uni Mental Health Day

Posted on

There is lots going on around the campuses for Uni Mental Health Day today. Our students are down at the Hub at Paisley where there are health checks, stalls and much more, with charities including See Me Scotland offering advice – get along and find out more!

The theme of this year’s event is ‘Getting Active’, and from 10am-2pm at the Hub in Paisley, Atrium in Ayr and Student Link in Hamilton there will be activities to help boost your mental health, as well as freebies, information and relaxation packs.

Thanks to everyone who helped to make #UniMentalHealthDay such a success around the campuses.
And don’t forget – it’s not just for today – you can always find the advice and support you need. Try https://www.seemescotland.org/resources/ and http://www.studentminds.org.uk/find-support.html and if you are at UWS as a student just ask any member of staff.
