I don’t knit, but I crochet, so if there’s a crochet pattern I’d definitely give it a go.

Bit confused (doesn’t take much!) but the link says they are needed for the conference in Oct 2016! Are you still collecting them?

The answer is yes. If you want to know what to do with them instead of handing the over to the original conference call fro them contact sheona.brown@uws.ac.uk See the comment that Sheona has posted above

I have also been unable to download a pattern, I could certainly do a few by 5th May and could tag a few knitting/crotchet friends into the information

Hi Julie, you can use any pattern you like, you can knit, craft or crochet the midwife, there is a link to a pattern in the comments above. We have included a pattern from weefolkart and from amygurus as examples, but feel free to individualise your midwife. Any size, shape or colour would be perfect for our colourful display in celebration of International Day of the Midwife. Many thanks for your interest in our campaign.

Hi Sheila, thanks for your interest in our campaign. We will be offering people the opportunity to provide a forever home for one of the midwives for a small donation. All monies raised will be donated to Kicks Count a charity empowering women in pregnancy. We are hoping for as many mini midwives as possible, of all shapes, sizes and colours.
